fabriken is located at weichselplatz in neukölln. the 230sqm loft has a fireplace, large windows, a shared kitchen, a goods lift and a small photo studio.

we offer a spacious desk, some shelves and a tiny bit of storage. our monthly rent is 158 euros + vat. we sublet longterm only.
